In this guide, we look at what to evaluate as part of your behavioural assessment. This includes competencies and competency models as well as job analysis and how to conduct interviews.

Our Unique 6-Step Approach

  1. Understand: We gather information about the roles and qualities you need to assess as well as getting to know your company and the context for your assessment challenge.
  2. Design: Based on what we’ve learnt about your company, we create a draft of the requested product (ability test, personality questionnaire, assessment centre exercise, or training course).
  3. Trial: The drafted product is put to the test, usually as a pilot, which we analyse qualitatively (via feedback) and / or quantitatively (via statistical analysis).
  4. Finalise: We apply what we’ve learnt from the trial to the draft in order to finalise the product or service.
  5. Deliver: We’ll provide the finished product or service and will support you in integrating the test / questionnaire / training course into the live setting and ensure it is delivered effectively.
  6. Review: Once the product/service has been live for while, we will review the information we’ve gained and suggest improvements and enhancements as needed.
