Diversity is high on the agenda for many of our clients at the moment. However, with little research available on which initiatives work and subsequently how to measure behaviour change going forward, unfortunately, when it comes to fostering inclusivity there is no clear solution.
This article takes a deep dive into a recent study which looked at one diversity programme in particular and highlights the importance of how diversity initiatives should be evaluated: with an eye toward behavioural outcomes being measured a significant period of time after programme delivery.
